The merchant above is the seller and contracting party responsible for customer orders placed through Scootory. Shopify and delivery carriers are not the seller.

1.1 Operator and seller

Scootory is operated by Camille LAURENT, Entrepreneur individuel, trading as Trott en Provence (storefront brand Scootory) (the “Merchant”, “Scootory”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Merchant’s identifying and contact details are stated in the Merchant identity section above.

1.2 Nature of the business

Scootory is an online retailer of electric-scooter replacement parts, accessories, maintenance items and related products. We act as the customer’s contractual seller and remain responsible for performance of the sales contract and the consumer’s statutory rights.

1.3 Contacting us

Customers may contact us about products, orders, cancellations, returns, complaints, safety issues or data-protection requests at support@scootory.shop. Email is our monitored support channel and we answer without undue delay.

For product-safety incidents, use the subject line “URGENT PRODUCT SAFETY” and include the order number, product name/SKU, photographs where safe to take, and a description of the incident. Stop using a product immediately if you believe it may be unsafe.

1.4 Intellectual property and brand references

“Scootory” and the Scootory visual identity belong to their respective owner. Other manufacturers’ names, model names, logos and trademarks — including those used solely to identify compatibility — remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated on a product page, compatibility references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with the referenced manufacturer.

1.5 Accuracy of compatibility information

Electric-scooter manufacturers may use different components, connectors, firmware, dimensions or revisions under the same model name. Customers must compare the model, revision, dimensions, connector, voltage, current/power rating and original part number shown on the product page with the original component before ordering. This notice does not exclude or restrict any statutory right arising from inaccurate information supplied by Scootory.

1.6 Website publishing and hosting

Publication director: Camille LAURENT. The current deployment identifies the hosting platform as Lovable Labs Incorporated, 1 Lincoln Street, Boston, MA 02111, USA; support@lovable.dev. Technical hosting and commerce-platform providers do not become the seller merely by providing their services.
